Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• All original tags must still be attached to the product.
• A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products returned after the 48-hour refund period are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you would like to exchange your purchase or receive store credit:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• An exchange or store-credit request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Products that do not meet the above conditions may be refused for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
